The challenge

What needed to change

Agency operations were spread across bookings, customers, packages, and internal handoffs. The product needed one secure, role-aware workspace that keeps the daily operating picture clear.

The solution

How I approached it

Designed and built a full-stack operations hub with Laravel domain APIs and an Angular admin experience. Modular CRUD flows, dashboards, and role-based access turn fragmented work into an intentional workflow.
